关于中美桥规设计准则的对比及思考

Comparison and Consideration of Design Philosophy in Chinese and American Bridge Design Specifications

桥梁设计必须遵循一定的准则并满足各种极限状态,这是构建每一座桥梁设计理念和形成高水平设计的基础。通过对比我国现行"公路桥涵设计通用规范(JTG D60-2004)"和美国"AASHTO LRFD桥梁设计规范"中的相关条款,提出应有更加务实的设计准则和多目标极限状态,立足根本进行桥梁设计的创新。

The design of bridges shall follow a certain design philosophy and shall satisfy the requirements for different limit states, which is a foundation for the designers to form their design conception and high level design of each individual bridge. By comparing the relevant articles in the bridge design specifications of the current Chinese General Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts （JTG D60-2004） with the American AASHTOLRFD, this paper suggests that the designers should have the more rational and practical bridge design philosophy and multiobjective limit states in mind and should make their design innovation, basing themselves on the fundamentals of bridge design.
