环抱内固定器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折28例

Encircle the inner fixer curing clavicle middle piece comminuted fracture 28 examples

目的:探讨环抱内固定器治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的临床应用技术和疗效。方法:本组28例锁骨中段粉碎性骨折全部应用环抱内固定器。结果:经过4～18个月(平均10个月)随访,骨折全部愈合。按骨科临床疗效评价标准全部为优。结论:环抱内固定器是治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的理想方法。

Objective： To discuss the clinical applied technique and curative effect encircling the inner fixer curing clavicle middle piece comminuted fracture. Methods： All of the patients fracture encircled the inner fixer. Results： After 4-8（average 10 ） months follow-ups, all coalescence of fracture pass. According to clinical department of orthopedics curative effect valuation standard,all was excellent. Conclusion： Encircling the inner fixer is a ideal method for curing clavicle middle piece comminuted fracture .
