复方氨基酸加入腹透液改善腹透超滤的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 腹膜透析患者失超滤时,临床上多通过调整透析液在腹腔停留时间或增加透析液中葡萄糖含量来增加超滤。但在某些情况下,由于使用高糖的腹透液受限或上述治疗措施的超滤效果不佳,失超滤改善成为了临床工作的疑难点。为此,我们尝试了使用复方氨基酸加入常规腹膜透析液的方法,来改善患者的失超滤,并取得了较好的效果,现报道如下:
