过滤用碳化硅泡沫陶瓷的制备和性能 被引量:2

Preparation and performance of SiC ceramics foam for filtering

摘要 将具有三维网状结构和连通孔道的高弹性聚氨酯海绵作为先驱体,选用一级品α-SiC为骨料,配以各种添加剂,分水基和非水基2种配方调制浆料,浸渍先驱体成型。采用常规烧结法和反应烧结法烧结制品,并利用XRD和SEM等测试手段对制品的结构与性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:经过反复实验研究制备的2组样品中的A-2,B-5具有代表性,通过对比A-2,B-5 2样品的性能、显微结构、晶相,确定了碳化硅泡沫瓷制备的最佳工艺方法,提出了反应烧结碳化硅泡沫瓷的烧结机理。 Precursor chosen by highly elastic polyurethane sponge with three-dimensional netted texture and intercommunicating pore is immersing formation by the slurry modulated by two kinds of dispensation-water-matrix and non-water matrix, and α-SiC as skeletal material with some additive. The samples prepared by general sintering and reaction sintering are investigated by XRD, SEM and other testing means for their structure and performance. The results show that the samples of A - 2, B - 5 have good performance. The article defined the best craft means of preparation and proposed sintering mechanism of SiC ceramics foam by comparing the two samples performance, microstructure and crystal photo.
