摘要
由于动态扭矩测量缺乏较为准确的校定设备,研制了非接触式变频变幅动态扭矩加载器,采用振动的反问题方法进行校定。从多通道光电编码器实时采集的扭振系统的瞬时角位移、角速度和角加速度的值,代入相应数学模型,间接求得动态扭矩的瞬时值。校定实验证明,此方法是可行的。本加载器具有在线施加变频变幅动态扭矩并实时记录数据的特点,所加扭矩为非接触且加载精度不受加载器温度变化和磁饱和程度的影响,是在线校准扭矩传感器动态特性的较理想设备。
In the paper,we introduce a new calibration method for dynamic torque loading device by the libration experiment.The calibration experiment demonstrates that the method could indirectly compute instantaneous torque, which is gained by instantaneous angle displacement,angular rate and angular accele-ration on the basis of real time sampling twist vibration system with the multichannel photoelectricity coder.The loading device is a perfect equipment on dynamic torque sensor on-line calibration as that it can inflict dynamic torque of mutative frequency and scope on-line.It is real-time displayed and non-contact,the precision of which can not be influenced by the temperature of loading device and magnetism saturation.
