摘要
在绝缘子等级评定的喷水等级法中采用数字图像处理时,由于其水珠图像检测的关键技术不成熟导致等级评定存在误差。通过改进算法,在霍夫变换检测水珠前先判定光照方向去除图像噪音和误差较大的水珠后,再进行检测和拟合。实验表明,等级评定较准确。
Though adopting digital image processing in spray image of insulator level assessment, the key technique of the bead image recognition is not perfect and the results have some errors, an improved algorithm has been proposed in this paper. Judging the direction of illumination to wipe off the noises and bad beads of the image before using Hough transform, then recognize the beads and draw up. The experiments show better results.
