介绍直接数字频率合成技术的基本原理,并简要分析该技术的特点;最后针对Genesis公司为平板显示器开发的高度集成的图像处理芯片gmZAN3,阐述该芯片的特点、DDS技术在该芯片中的应用及基于该芯片的液晶显示系统的设计。
The paper introduces the fundamental principle of direct digital synthesis(DDS), analyses the characteristics of DDS,describes the characteristics of highly-integrated genesis microchip gmZAN3 developed for flat panel monitors,presents the utilization of DDS in gmZAN3 and finally expounds the design of LCD monitors based on gmZAN3.
