摘要
利用马尔柯夫过程的无后效性建立其在教学质量评估中的模型,可剔除学生原有成绩基础差异,从学生成绩变化的角度较客观地评价教师的教学效果.而根据期末考试成绩来评估教学效果引起的不公平问题,也可解决不考虑学生原有基础只有利于提高教学管理的质量和水平.文中给出了建立教学质量评估模型的原理和步骤并作了简要分析.
A mathematics model for teaching quality assessment was established by making use of the non- post- behavior of the Markov Chains, which gets rid of differrence in the groundwork of students' scores. The model could assess teaching quality objectively from results variation of students' work to settle the unfair issue that managers assess teaching quality only according to the score of the final examination but not taking groundwork of students results into account, It is beneficial to improve the quality and level of teaching management. The principles and steps which are used in the model were analyzed, and a brief apraisal to the model was also made in this paper.
