副猪嗜血杆菌病原的分离鉴定与药敏试验 被引量:19

摘要 从数例疑似副猪嗜血杆菌病患病猪的肺脏和腹膜中分离到2株革兰氏阴性细小杆菌,经生化试验和PCR鉴定,确定分离的2株菌为副猪嗜血杆菌。药敏试验结果表明,分离株对诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星,以及头孢菌素、四环素和庆大霉素等药物敏感,对红霉素、壮观霉素和洁霉素有抵抗力。 2 strains of Gram-negative bacillus isolated from lungs and peritoneum of pigs were identified as Haemophilus parasuis based on biochemical characteristics and polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The results of drug sensitivity test showed that 2 isolates were sensitive to norfloxacin,ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,cephalosporin,tetracycline and gentamycin,but resistant to erythromycin,spectinomycin and cillimycin.
