摘要 机体衰老是一个不可抗拒的过程。长期以来,人们对此进行了广泛地研究,以探索其机制并设法来延缓此过程。然而,自然衰老是漫长的,若以自然衰老的动物模型来作为研究对象,存在自然周期长、参差不齐等缺点,不利于研究,因此需要借助实验手段使动物提前衰老。目前,衰老动物模型主要由啮齿类、鱼类、灵长类等动物复制而成。研究各类动物的自然属性及生理特点,并依据公认的衰老学说,制成接近临床衰老症状的动物模型,成为衰老及抗衰老药物研究的焦点。 Organism aging is an irresistible course. Since long-term, people study it widely to explore the mechanisms of aging and to think of a way to delay this course. However, physio-aging is very long, if physio-aging animal-model was used as obiect to study,there would be many faults,such as long physio-cycle, uneven and so on,as is disadvantaged to study. Therefore we need making animal become aging earlier. At present, aging animal model is built by rodents ,fish ,primate and so on. To study the natural attribute and physio-feature of kinds of animals, and according to some received causes of senescence, we can build an animal model that is close to the clinical symptoms of aging,and this will become a focus on studying aging and antiaging agent.
