树突状细胞是体内最强的抗原呈递细胞,在免疫系统中发挥着重要的作用。从诱导髓系白血病细胞向树突状细胞分化的实验技术方法、诱导分化的机制及其在抗白血病免疫方面的作用和临床应用进行综述。

Dendritic cells are the most powerful antigen presenting cells, which plays very important effect in immune system. This article reviews progresses of induction in vitro about the experimental technique of differentiation from leukemia cells in medullary system to dendritic cells, mechanism of inducing differentiation, its effect on anti-immunity d leukemia as well as its clinical application.
