摘要 心房颤动是常见的心律失常之一,目前对其结构重构的发生机制研究较多,包括钙离子超载、心房局部肾素-血管紧张素系统激活、基质金属蛋白酶改变、缝隙连接蛋白改变等。现就其结构重构的机制研究进展作一综述。 Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmia, of which the mechenism of structural remolding is studied more often at present including in calcium overload, the activation of the rennin-angiotensin system in the atrium, the changes of atrial metalloproteinase and gap-junction proteins, and so on. So This article reviews progresses about mechenism of atrial structural remolding.
