克-雅病在输血医学中的研究现状

Study Status of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease in Transfusion Medicine

克-雅病(CJD)是由传播性海绵状脑病引起的不可治愈的致命性神经退行疾病。输血是否能传播克-雅病是目前研究的热点。本文就克-雅病的传播途径、感染物的检测、输血传播的危险及对策进行综述。

Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease（CJD） is an incurable fatal neurodegenerative disorder resulting from transmissible spongiform encephalopathies（TSE）. The focus is whether the CJD can be transmitted via blood transfusion or not. This article reviews CJD about its route of transmission, detection of infected matter, transmissive risk by blood transfution and their corresponding countermeasure.
