摘要 糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病患者的主要心血管并发症之一,发病机制复杂,其中,游离脂肪酸水平异常增高是造成糖尿病心肌病的重要影响因素之一。就糖尿病时心肌细胞脂肪酸来源、摄取、代谢的改变及过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α的调节机制作一简要综述。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of main cardiovascular complications in diabetes. Its pathogenesis is very complex, among which higher level of free fatty acid is one of important factors resuiting in diabetic cardiomyopathy. This article reviews fatty acid about its sources, ingestion, changed metabolism as well as regulatory mechanism of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR) a in myocardial cells of diabetes.
