摘要
脑电图、诱发电位等是用来研究肝性脑病的常用神经电生理学工具,主要用于肝性脑病的诊断、临床肝性脑病的分级和治疗效果的监测、微肝性脑病的诊断、预测临床肝性脑病发作或与肝病相关性死亡。本文结合理论与实际作用就有关合理使用这些电生理工具作一综述。
Electroencephalogram(EEG) and the evoked potentials(EPs) are the common tools of electroneurophysiology used to study hepatic encephalopathy( HE), which can be used to study this disease about its diagnosis, clinical classification and monitoring of therapeutic efficacy, diagnosis of mild hepatic encephlopathy,prediction of its attck in clinic or its related death. This article reviews some probems about the resenable application of these tolls combined with theory and their actually effects.
