摘要
通过对发电机组的同调识别和聚合,根据功率平衡关系合理地设置解列点;结合基于Ucos变化规律的自适应失步解列判据,形成极端紧急控制的失步解列策略.同调等值降低了问题的复杂性,解列判据能自动适应系统结构和运行方式的变化.山东电网的仿真结果表明了该失步解列策略的有效性.
By the identification and aggregation of coherent generators and according to the active power balance, splitting points were set rationally. Using the self-adaptive power system separation criteria based on the changing track of the voltage of an oscillation center, a new out-of-step splitting scheme was scheme can reduce the problem complexity and adapt to changes of network topology and operating conditions. Simulation results of Shandong Power Grid show the effectiveness.
