摘要
目的观察有氧运动对坐骨神经损伤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法雄性ICR小鼠120只,采用右侧坐骨神经卡压模型,观察有氧运动对小鼠免疫器官重量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、抗体效价和耳肿指数的影响。结呆术后不同时间各组小鼠胸腺指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有氧运动组小鼠,脾脏指数于术后2周明显高于空白对照组和假手术组(P<0.05);巨噬细胞吞噬率明显高于模型组(于术后2、3、4周)、空白对照组和假手术组(于术后3、4周),P<0.01;抗体效价、耳肿指数于术后3、4周明显高于模型组、空白对照组和假手术组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论有氧运动可以增强坐骨神经损伤小鼠免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on immunity in mice with peripheral nerve injury. Methods fight sciatic nerve compression model of 120 male ICR mice was employed to observe the effects of aerobic exercise on weight of immunity organs, abdominal cavity the phagocytosis rate of macrophagus in abdominal cavity, antibody potency and ear swelling index. Results There was no significant difference on index of thymus among groups in different weeks after surgical intervention( P 〉 0.05). The index of spleen was significantly higher in arerobic exercise group than that in control and sham after 2 weeks recovery from surgical intervention( P 〈 0.05). Comparing with model group( after 2、3 and 4 weeks recovery from surgical intervention),control and sham (after 3 and 4 weeks recovery from surgical intervention),the phagocytosis percentages was significantly higher in arerobic exercise group( P 〈 0.01). Comparing with model group,controls and sham after 3 and 4 weeks recovery from surgical intervention, the valence of antibody and the ear swells index were significantly higher in arerobic exercise group ( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). Conclusion Aerobic exercise can hasten the immunity in mice with peripheral nerve injury.
