短期胰岛素强化治疗对2型糖尿病血清炎症因子的影响

摘要 目的探讨短期胰岛素强化治疗对2型糖尿病患者血清炎症因子:C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、瘦素(LEP)的影响。方法选择2型糖尿病患者40例,应用胰岛素强化治疗4周,比较治疗前后血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、LEP的变化。结果短期胰岛素强化治疗可降低血清中CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平(P<0.05),而对LEP水平无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论短期胰岛素强化治疗可降低血清中CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平,提示其有一定的抗炎作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of transient intensive insulin therapy on inflammatory factors such as C - reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor - α( TNF - α), intedeukin - 6 ( IL - 6) and Leptin (LEP) concentrations in serum of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 40 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes were recruited. All patients were treated with intensive insulin therapy for 4 weeks. The serum levels of CRP, TNF - α, IL - 6 and Leptin were measured before and after therapy. Results The serum levels of CRP, TNF - αand IL - 6 were significantly reduced after therapy ( P 〈 0.05), but there was no significant change in LEP(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Because transient intensive insulin therapy can reduced the levels of CRP, TNF - α and IL - 6 in serum, it may play a role in anti - inflammatory effects in type 2 diabetes patients.
