Investigation on the behavior of children aged 3-14 years in Guangzhou City

摘要 目的:采用问卷测量法分析广州市3~14岁儿童的行为状况,并与1978年所做的常模对照分析。方法:采用分层整群抽样原则,在2006-03对广州市幼儿园、小学3~14岁531例儿童进行行为调查,用Conners家长问卷,其中父母问卷有48个条目,采用4级评分法。这48条可归纳为6个因子:品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、冲动-多动、焦虑、多动指数。问卷由父母填写,结果输入心理测验系统软件进行分析和保存,并与常模进行比较。结果:发放问卷650份,回收合格问卷531分,有效率为81.7%。①调查儿童的行为问题发生率:调查的3~14岁儿童行为问题的发生率是29.9%,其中男孩的行为问题发生率为30.1%,女孩为29.8%。②广州市市区调查的3~14岁儿童行为问题与常模的比较:儿童的主要问题是学习问题;焦虑问题较常模减轻。③男孩在品行问题、冲动-多动、多动指数等几方面得分高于女孩,差异有显著性。结论:学习问题成为广州市3~14岁儿童的主要行为问题,男孩行为问题较女孩显著。在儿童的心理辅导中要注意减轻学习的压力,对男孩的行为问题要更多的关注。 AIM: To analyze the behavior in children of 3-14 years old in Guangzhou City by means of questionnaire, and compare with normal children in 1978. METHODS: Using principle of layering and cluster sampling, behavior of 531 children of 3-14 years old in kindergarten or primary school in Guangzhou City was investigated in March 2006. Conners Parent's questionnaire, which had 48 items and four grades, was applied. The 48 items included 6 factors, namely conduct probtem, study problem, psychosomatic disorder, excite-much move, anxious and move index. Questionnaire was filled in by the parents, and the result was imported in personality test system software for analysis and keep, and than compared with the norm. RESULTS: 650 questionnaires were sent out, 531 qualified questionnaires were collected back, and the effective rate was 81.7%. (1)Incidence rate of behavior of children: The incidence rate of child's behavior problem of 3-14 years old fn Guangzhou City was 29.9%, among them, the incidence rate in boys was 30.1%, while in girls was 29.8%. (2) Comparison between behavior of 3-14 children in Guangzhou City and norm: The key problem in the children of Guangzhou City was the study problem, and the anxious problem to lighten. (3) In the personal conduct problem, excite-much move and move index, the boy had higher scores than the girls, and there were significant differences. CONCLUSION: The study problem becomes the children's main behavior problem of 3-14 years old in Guangzhou City. Compared with girls, the boys' behavior problem is significant. In the child's mental guidance pay attention to the pressure of study, and pay close attention to the boy's behavior problem.
