摘要
目的:文章从堵塞学说出发,对近年来有关运动性疲劳研究成果作一综述,为运动性疲劳的消除提供理论依据。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline 1989-01/2006-06的相关文章,检索词"exercise-induced fatigue,blocking-up",并限定文章语言种类为英文。同时手工/计算机检索中国CMKI期刊全文数据库1993-01/2006-06的文章,检索词"运动性疲劳、氧自由基、乳酸",限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择与堵塞学说有关的运动性疲劳方面的文章,排除重复研究的文章。同时采用了一些有关运动性疲劳的前沿著作。资料提炼:有15篇中文文献和15篇英文文献符合纳入标准。24篇文章讨论了运动性疲劳的产生机制,4篇文章讨论了运动性疲劳的病理生理变化,2篇文章讨论了运动性疲劳的研究现状。资料综合:文章通过对传统堵塞学说的延伸,试着从乳酸的堆积、血液中氨浓度的升高、各种自由基的产生以及磷酸化合物和磷酸角度来分析疲劳产生的机制,以期为运动实践中疲劳的针对性消除提供理论参考。结论:运动性疲劳是一个受多因素制约的复杂现象。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,堵塞学说的理论会得到进一步的证实。
OBJECTIVE:To review the mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue from the Bloking-up Hypothesis in order to provide theoretical evidences for the removal of exercise-induced fatigue. DATA SOURCES: The relevant articles on exercise-induced fatigue publishedbetween January 1989 and June 2006 were searched for in Medline database with the key words of "exercise-induced fatigue,blocking-up" in English into the computer. Meantime, the relevant articles published from January 1993 to June 2006 in CMKI with the key words of "exercise-induced fatigue, oxygen free radical, lactic acid" in Chinese manually or by using the computer. STUDY SELECTION: After primary look-through for the data, the original articles about the study on Blocking-up Hypothesis of exercise-induced fatigue were included, and those about repetitive studies were excluded. Meanwhile, some advanced articles in this field were used. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 15 literatures in Chinese and 15 in English met the inclusive criteria. 24 articles were about the mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue, 4 about the pathologic changes and the rest 2 were about the development of exercise-induced fatigue. DATA SYNTHESIS: According to the advance of traditional blocking-up hypothesis, this paper analyzed the mechanism of fatigue from stacking of lactic acid, increase of ammonia in blood, production of various free radicle, phosphates and phosphoric acid so as to provide theoretical references of eliminating exercise-induced fatigue. CONCLUSION :The reason of exercise-induced fatigue consists of many complicated factors. With the development of molecular biology, the Blocking-up of exercise-induced fatigue will be proved.
