胎肾细胞悬液对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨生物力学性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨胎肾细胞悬液对去卵巢(OVX)骨质疏松大鼠股骨、腰椎骨生物力学性能的影响。方法取3月龄未交配健康SD雌性大鼠39只,随机分为4组,即A、B、C、D组。A组行假手术,B、C、D组行OVX手术。术后12周,A、B组给予生理盐水,C组给予尼尔雌醇,D组给予胎肾细胞悬液。药物治疗4周后,对左侧股骨、第2腰椎骨分别行三点弯曲力学试验、压缩力学试验,测量生物力学参数,检测血清雌二醇水平。结果与A组比较,B组大鼠股骨、腰椎骨的生物力学性能下降(P<0.05),血清雌二醇下降(P<0.01);与B组相比,C组、D组股骨、腰椎骨的生物力学性能明显改善,血清雌二醇的水平升高(P<0.05);C组与D组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论胎肾细胞悬液能够改善去卵巢大鼠的骨生物力学性能,提高血清雌二醇的水平,作用与尼尔雌醇相似。说明胎肾有防治去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用。 Objective To explore the effects of fetal renal cell suspension (FRCS) on biomechanical properties of femur and lumbar vertebra in ovariectomized osteoporosls rats. Methods Thirty nine female Sprague-dawley rats, three months old, were divided randomly into four groups: SHAM group (group A), OVX group (group B), OVX + E group (group C), and OVX + FNCS group (group D). Twelve weeks after operation.the rats in group A and group B were treated with sodium chloride, the group C was treated with Nilestriol suspension, the group D was treated with FNCS, All rats were sacrificed after four weeks. The three-point bending test on the left femur and compression test on the second lumbar vertebra were performed, and serum estradiol (E2 ) level was measured. Results The biomechanical property and the level of E2 in group B were significantly lower than group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). The biomechanical property and the level of E2 in group C and group D were significantly higher than group B ( P 〈 0.05 ). No differences were shown between group C and group D ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion FRCS is beneficial in improving the biomechanical property, and it can increase the level of E2 of ovariectomized osteoporosis rats. These effects of FNCS were similar to the effects of Nilestriol. This study suggests that FNCS could effectively treat the osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats.
