摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)是一个转录因子,属于核受体超家族成员之一,参与调节细胞的分化、增殖及凋亡,其亚型PPARγ2是调控脂肪细胞分化的关键因子并对骨髓间充质干细胞的分化方向起重要调节作用。研究表明,PPARγ2的高表达以及其配体的应用可使骨髓腔中的成骨细胞减少进而可能引起骨质疏松。因此,对PPARγ调控骨髓间充质干细胞分化方向的作用和机制的研究,可能为骨质疏松的防治提供新的思路和方法。 Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) is a translation factor that belongs to the super family of nuclear hormone receptor. It participates in the differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis of cell. The subtype PPARγ 2 is a key molecule of adipocytic differentiation modulator affecting the differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells( MSCs). Studies have shown that high expression of PPARγ and applications of agonists of PPARγ may reduce cytopoiesis of osteoblast in bone marrow and induce osteoporosis. The study of PPARγ molecular mechanism of regulating differentiation of MSCs may provide new conception and method in prevention and therapeution of osteoporosis.
