摘要
本文通过对高校图书馆个性化服务的阐述,进一步分析了知识管理与用户关系管理的联系,并在此基础上提出了基于知识管理的高校图书馆个性化服务的实施方案。
On the discussion of knowledge management and the expressions of the personalized service in the academic libraries, the paper analyzes the relationships between the knowledge management and users management and puts forward some programmers how to carry out the personalized services in the academic libraries based on knowledge management.
