摘要
随着切削技术向着高速、高效、干式的方向发展,刀具涂层技术得到了广泛的应用,并成为了左右切削技术发展的主要因素。本文介绍了各种刀具涂层材料、刀具涂层结构和刀具生长工艺的研究现状。对刀具涂层的发展方向提出了个人见解。
Cutting tool coating technology has been widely applied and will play a vital role in advanced cutting technology, which will boost the cutting technology to a new trend of development - high speed, high efficiency and dry cutting. The latest research advances in tool coating materials, tool coating structure and the coating technology are investigated and summarized. In addition, the develop direction of tool coating has also been summarized.
