摘要
高校师德师风建设对教师队伍建设有着十分重要的意义。目前高校师德师风存在诸多问题,这既有客观原因,更有主观原因,主观原因是主要的。解决师德师风方面的问题,必须提高认识,加强管理,建立公平的竞争机制。
College teachers＇ virtue building plays an important role in teachers＇ rank building. Currently,there are many college teachers＇virtue problems, which are both objective reasons,more subjective reasons. Solving teachers＇ virtue problems, we must raise awareness, strengthen management, establlst fair competition mechanism.
