摘要
科研管理机制在高职院校科研管理工作中具有十分重要的作用,它包括激励机制、约束机制和评价机制。如何使高职院校的科研工作在学校发展、教师发展过程中真正产生其应有的作用,关键是建立一套科学有效的科研管理机制。
The scientific research management mechanism in the quality colleges and universities scientific research supervisory work function is extremely important,including ecouraging mechanism , controuing mechanism and evaluating mechanism. How causes the quality colleges and universities the scientific research work of the function which in the school development, in the teacher developing process, the key establishes a set of science effective scientific research management mechanism.
