摘要
针对房地产投资分配优化的具体特点,对比线性规划、非线性规划方法的局限性,最终选择动态规划法,得到最优策略。并结合某大型房地产公司的工程,证明了这种方法解决此类问题的有效性。
In view of specific features of real estate investment allocation optimization, the optimal strategy- dynamic programming method was finally selected after being compared with the limitations of linear programming and non - linear programming methods, and the efficiency of this method was proved in combination with a project of a large sized real estate company.
