摘要
采用微波水热法制备(Ni0.30Cu0.20Zn0.50)Fe2O4.xMnO(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04)粉末,压制成型,在900℃下,烧结4 h形成了致密的陶瓷体。研究了Mn对铁氧体的相结构、显微结构和电磁性能的影响。结果表明:掺Mn可影响Ni-Cu-Zn铁氧体的晶胞参数,有利于提高烧结密度,改善微观结构和电磁性能。
A series of (Mi0.30Cu0.20Zn0.50)Fe2O4·xMnO(X=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04) nanopowders were synthesized by microwave-hydrothermal method, and sintered into dense-ceramics under the conditions of 900 ℃/4 h. The influence of Mn content on the ferrites phase formation, microstructure and electrical and magnetic properties were studied. The results show that Mn content can influence lattice parameters of samples. Mn-doping leads to an increase in density of sintered Ni-Cu-Zn ferrites. The microstruc- tures, electrical and magnetic properties of samples are improved by Mn doping.
