摘要
以过渡金属氧化物CuO为主活性组分通过对Cr2O3的复合和掺入电子助剂La2O3的考察,研制出适用于催化湿式氧化处理山梨酸生产废水的复合催化剂。考察了各组分浸渍液浓度、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等制备条件对催化剂的催化活性和稳定性的影响,确定了最佳制备条件。结果表明:优化制备的CuO-Cr2O3-La2O3/TiO2催化剂,用于处理山梨酸生产废水时具有良好的催化活性和稳定性,在θ=220℃,p(O2)=2.5 MPa,反应时间t=120 min,山梨酸生产废水初始CODCr=10 030 mg/L条件下CODCr去除率达到96.6%,而在相同条件下未加催化剂的湿式氧化CODCr去除率只有60.8%。
A kind of compound catalyst containing the main activate component CuO, the second activate component Cr2O3 and electronic promoter La2O3 was prepared. It was applicable to treat with sorbic acid industrial wastewater with catalytic wet air oxidation technology. The influence of concentration of soaked liquid of every component, the roasting time and roasting temperature was studied, and the optimal preparation condition was determined. The experimental results indicated that the catalyst of CuO-Cr2O3-La2O3/TiO2 had a higher activity and stability when handling sorbic acid industrial wastewater. With this catalyst the CODcr removal rate could get 96.6% while non- catalyst only 60.8% when the reaction conditions were 0 = 220℃, p( O2 ) = 2.5 MPa, reaction time t = 120 min, initial CODCr = 10030 mg/L.
