摘要
在石油资源日益紧张的情况下,作为石化行业能耗大户——乙烯装置的能耗分析和节能技术的研究意义非凡。根据科技原创力理论和集成技术创新思路对乙烯联合装置能耗进行分析,指出影响乙烯综合能耗的因素依次为裂解原料、裂解技术、分离流程、配套设施(公用工程、外围工程)。采用裂解原料优化、裂解技术改进、分离流程进步和配套设施改造等一系列节能技术从而使乙烯联合装置综合能耗分别下降10.23%,4.91%,2.95%,0.98%,0.59%以上,合计降低19.66%综合能耗。
Under the increasingly tense circumstance of the petroleum resources, ethylene complex is large energy consumption plant of petrochemical industry. It is very important signification for the analysis of energy consumption and energy saving technology. The energy consumption of ethylene complex was analyzed by science and technology original creating ability theory and integration technology innovative idea. The influence factors are cracking feedstock, pyrolysis technology, separation process, auxiliary systems (facilities service, utility service). Owning to a series of energy saving technology of ethylene complex, such as optimization of cracking feedstock, revamping pyrolysis technology and separation process and auxiliary systems, the comprehensive energy comsumption of ethylene complex is reduced by 10.23% ,4.91% ,2.95% ,0.98% ,0.59% respectively, which is reduced over 19.66% in total.
