摘要
以Pd-Cu/La0.5Pb0.5MnO3为催化剂,采用固定床反应器较为系统地考察了反应温度、压力、气体和液体流率、溶剂等因素对苯酚氧化羰基化合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)反应的影响。结果表明:以碳酸二甲酯为溶剂、四丁基溴化铵为助催化剂,当反应液中苯酚的质量分数为30%,混合气体中氧气的质量分数为5%,反应液体体积流量为10mL/m in,反应气体体积流量为200 mL/min,反应温度80℃,反应压力为2.5 MPa,DPC的收率为4%左右,DPC的选择性在99%以上,具有较好的应用前景。
The effects of reaction temperature, pressure, gas and liquid flow rate and solvent on the synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) were studied in fixed-bed reactor using Pd-Cu/La0.5Pb0.5MnO3 catalyst. The results show that the DPC yield and selectivity reach 4% and above 99% respectively under the following conditions: dimethly carbonate (DMC) used as solvent, tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) used as co-catalyst, mass fraction of phenol in the reaction liquids is 30% and mass fraction oxygen is 5% in the mixed gas. The flow rate of mixed gas and liquids is 200 mL/min and 10 mL/min, respectively. The reaction temperature is 80 ℃ and reaction pressure is 2.5 MPa. The synthesis technology studied is prospective to industrial application.
