摘要
介绍声场数值模拟方法在大功率低频超声处理器(如清洗槽、声化学反应器)中应用的研究进展。超声声场数值模拟包括基于计算流体动力学方法的二相流体模型模拟法;基于有限元分析方法的两步计算法和在波动方程中考虑流体中气泡的阻尼影响的阻尼超声波传播法。介绍了这些模拟计算方法的基本原理及相关模拟结果,并就存在的问题进行讨论,指出了有待进一步研究的问题。
Research progress on application of simulation method of the ultrasonic field in high- power low-frequency ultrasonic processing vessel such as cleaning vessel, sonochemical reactor was introduced. The simulation method of high power ultrasonic field includes the method based on computation fluid dynamics method using two phase liquid model, two step method based on finite element analysis and damped wave propagation method including the damping effect of bubble for wave equation in liquid. The basic principle and relation results for these simulation methods were reviewed and the problems for the simulation of high-power low-frequency ultrasonic field were discussed. The further research direction was also presented.
