摘要
采用金属磁记忆检测方法对CNG储气瓶和乙炔气瓶的封头及筒体处进行检测,发现对应应力集中状态的磁信号有异常变化。用有限元分析软件Ansys对两种不同形式的封头及其与筒体的连接部位进行应力仿真分析。考察了磁信号的变化特征与有限元分析应力间的关系,为磁记忆的定量研究提出一个有效的方法。
We use the metal magnetic memory(MMM) testing method to test the heads and bodies of a high-pressure CNG gas cylinder and an acetylene cylinder. The test results show that the magnetic memory signal under stress concentration changes sharply. Then we apply the finite element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS to simulating the stress distribution at the heads of two different forms and at the regions that connect them to the body. We examine the relationship between magnetic signal change and FEA stress concentration, thus creating an effective method for the quantitative study of MMM.
