摘要
实体数控车削加工仿真中刀具扫描体的构造是一个重要的环节,应当根据车削加工的特点,对刀具扫描体的构造进行合理的简化。本文提出了一种新的刀具扫描体构造法——综合构造法,该法相对局部构造法能减少计算量,相对整体构造法能提高动态性。运用该法的思想,提出了车削加工仿真的基本插补指令的实现算法,给出了一些实例,证明该法能较好地满足数控车削加工过程仿真的要求。
It is necessary to rationally simplify the construction of tool swept volume according to the characteristics of NC lathe machining. The author proposes the integrative construction method ( ICM), a novel construction method that can reduce computation load compared with the local construction method and improve the dynamic properties of lathe machining compared with the whole construction method. With the idea of ICM, the author puts forward an algorithm for implementing basle interpolation instructions during lathe machining simulation and gives some examples to testify that the ICM can meet the requirements for the NC lathe machining simulation.
