摘要
目的:通过真菌对丹参酚酸B进行转化,获得新的酚酸类活性物质,建立新的获得药源的方法。方法:采用微生物发酵技术培养真菌,进行转化;采用RP-HPLC方法,检测及制备转化产物;利用理化性质和波谱学分析,鉴定转化产物的化学结构。结果:观察了150种真菌,发现一株真菌可高产率转化丹参酚酸B(1),转化后得到的产物,经鉴定确定为原紫草酸(2)。结论:该产物用化学合成的方式很难得到。
Objective: To get new bioactive salvianolic acid products and set up new method to obtain medicinal resource. Methods: The salvianolic acid B was transformation by fermentation technique; RP - HPLC was used to detect and prepare the product; the structure of product was identified by the spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results: One salvianolic acid was isolated and identified as prolithospermic acid (1) after screening 150 strains of fungi. Conclusion: Prolithospermic acid (1) can not got easily by chemical methods.
