摘要
目的:对超微粉碎前后女贞子中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量、粒度、粉体学特征进行对比研究。方法:用组合式粉碎机制备女贞子普通粉,用超微粉碎机制备超微粉;用扫描电子显微镜观察普通粉和超微粉的细胞特征,用光学显微镜和激光颗粒测量仪对普通粉和超微粉进行粒径测定;用高效液相色谱法测定齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。结果:普通粉和超微粉的粒度、含量、粉体学特征有显著差异。结论:女贞子超微粉碎后其有效成分容易提取完全,超微粉碎后粒度均匀,生物利用度提高。
Objective: Extraction amount of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid, qrain size, powder characteristics were comparatively studied between crude powder and micronized powder of fructus ligustri lucidi. Methods: The crude powder and micronized power of fructus ligustri lucidi were prepared with combined mill smasher and micronized smasher. The fructus ligustri lucidi powder was characterized by laster diffraction analyzer and scanning electron microscopy. The oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were detected by RP - HPLC. Results: The differences of grain size, extraction amount, powder characteristics between the crude powder and micronized powder were significant. Conclusion: The effective ingredients of micronized powder was easily retrieved, particle size uniformity, increase bioavailability.
