HPLC测定热毒清片中重楼皂苷含量

Determination of Paris Saponins in Reduqing Tablets by HPLC

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定热毒清片中重楼皂苷Ⅰ和重楼皂苷Ⅱ的含量。方法:色谱条件为ODS色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水(48∶52),检测波长203nm。结果:重楼皂苷I和重楼皂苷Ⅱ两成分均达基线分离,其他成分无干扰,重楼皂苷I进样量在1.88～23.5μg线性关系良好,r=0.9994,重楼皂苷Ⅱ进样量在1.80～22.5μg线性关系良好,r=1.000),平均回收率分别为99.6%,98.6%。结论:该方法简便、准确可靠。

Objective： A method for the separation and determination of paris saponins in Reduqing tablets by HPLC was developed. Methods： The operating conditions were ODS Hypersil column, mobile phase of acetonitrile -water（48：52） and detected at 203nm. Results： the paris saponins Ⅰ and Ⅱ were separated through baseline, and the linear relationships were good （ r = 0. 999 4 and 1. 000 respectively） , the linear range were 1.88 - 23.5 μg and 1.80 - 22.5 μg respectively, the average recovery were 99.6% and 98.6% respectively. Conclusion： The method which was simple and accurate was proved to be used as the quality control index of Reduqing tablets.
