摘要
为了解涡旋压缩机曲轴工作时的振动特性,利用试验模态方法和有限元方法对其固有特性进行了分析,给出了各自分析结果的前5阶固有频率,同时给出了有限元结果的各阶振型,进而为曲轴的设计和涡旋压缩机振动、噪声特性分析与控制提供了依据。
In order to find out the properties of crankshaft vibration under scroll compressor working condition, the intrinsic characteristics were analyzed using testing modal analysis and FEM( Finite Element Method), By the two methods, the first five natural frequencys were obtained, and every vibration model was drawn based on the results of FEM. It maybe guide the crankshaft design,and it was basis of the property analysis of scroll compressor vibration and noise.
