犬脊髓横断后选择性电刺激骶神经根对膀胱逼尿肌收缩的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨用阳极阻滞方法电刺激脊髓横断后狗骶神经根获得选择性膀胱逼尿肌收缩的可行性。方法:12只杂种犬于T9~10脊髓横断后,切开骶椎椎板,电刺激骶神经根,观察膀胱及尿道压力变化。结果:12只犬中11只产生了选择性膀胱逼尿肌收缩,膀胱内压升高,而尿道括约肌收缩被抑制。结论:阳极阻滞方法刺激骶神经为临床治疗脊髓横断后神经性膀胱提供了实验依据。 Objective: To evaluate the techniqe of anodal blockage of selective activation of the bladder detrusor without activation of the urethral sphincter by selective stimulation of sacral roots. Methods: Twelve mongrel dogs whih transected thorax vertebral 9-10 were stimulated the sacral root to observe the effect of pressure in bladder and urethral. Results: Eleven of 12 dogs responded to andoal blockage stimulation. They showed the higher increase in detrusor pressure without simultaneous contraction of the urethral sphincter. Conclusion: The technique of anode block can slectively activate the bladder destrusor without activation of the urethral sphincter. The result sutggests that it is available to control voiding in paraplgia and more likely physio-micturition pattern.
