摘要 研究了几种促进剂对放射型根瘤菌细胞生长及其辅酶Q10发酵的影响。结果表明:在培养基中适量添加VB1、乙酸钠、花生油均可明显提高辅酶Q10的产量,使用正交试验优化后的促进剂组合可使辅酶Q10产量达到50.7 mg/L,比对照组提高33%。 The effects of some additives on the growth, the CoQ10 content and fermentation yield of Rhizobium radiobacter were investigated. The results showed that the optimal concentration of peanut oil, acetic acid and VB1 could obviously enhanced the CoQ10 accumulation. The optimal formula of the promoters was obtained by orthogonal experiment as the following: VB1 10 mg/L, acetic acid 2 g/L, and peanut oil 2 g/L. With the formula, the yield of CoQ10 increased 33 %, compared with that of the control.
