摘要 (Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))TiO_3由于具有较强的铁电性和较高的居里温度,被认为是无铅压电陶瓷最有希望的候选材料之一。概述无铅压电陶瓷的发展,总结近年来国内外研究者在(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))TiO_3基无铅压电陶瓷方面的研究工作,并介绍(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))TiO_3基无铅压电陶瓷制备技术的进展以及该材料在相关电子器件中的应用。 (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 has been considered to be a promising candidate material of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics due to its desired ferroelectric properties.This paper describes the development of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics in the past two decades.The emphases of the paper is focused on(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with respect to the recent progress in electrical property improvement,fabrication techniques and application in related electronic devices.
