P2P技术相关版权侵权问题研究

A Study on the Copyright Infringement Problems Related to P2P Technology

20世纪末以来,Napster为代表的P2P软件的迅速兴盛,导致P2P技术迅猛发展并打破了传统的以服务器为中心的互联网格局,同时在版权领域也引发了一场又一场侵权与反侵权的较量。本文在详细解读P2P技术的基础上,从与P2P技术有关的行为主体及其各自应负的版权侵权责任等方面,对P2P技术带来的版权侵权问题作初步研究。

Since the end of last century, P2P software represented by Napster has developed rapidly, which results in the rapid development of P2P technology, bringing about battles between infringement and anti-infringement one by one in the copyright area. On the basis of a detailed explanation of the P2P technol- ogy, this article makes a preliminary study on the copyright infringement problems brought by it from these aspects the behavior subjects, responsibility of themselves, and so on.
