针对市场经济条件下高校女毕业生在就业环节中遭受性别歧视日渐突出这一社会问题,从经济学的角度对高校毕业生就业中性别歧视的含义、表现及成因进行了经济学的分析,并提出了解决问题的建议。

Concerning the social problem that in the market economy, when seeking for employment, the female college graduates are facing more and more sexual discrimination. The paper analyzes its meaning,phenomena and causation from the economic point of view, and some solutions are provided.
