This paper introduces the structure project of intelligent housing system based on blue tooth model, and presents the application methods of network data transferring and spectrum-spreading technology in housing information electronic system, which realizes the automation and networking of the control over housing electrical applications , the remote automatic reading and sending of water meter, electricity meter, and gas meter ,and the function of home communication and network as well.
