摘要 利用丙烯酸乙酯基全氟辛基磺酰胺,甲基丙烯酸丁酯和2-二甲基乙基胺甲基丙烯酸酯为单体,通过原位聚合的方法,制备了1种新型的含氟有机聚合物毛细管电色谱整体柱.实验考察了毛细管内壁处理方法,致孔剂组成对整体固定相孔结构和通透性的影响.操作条件优化后,利用该柱基线分离了几种酚类化合物. :A new fluorine-containing monolithic column for capillary electrochromatography was prepared by in-gitu polymerization of 2-(N-ethylperfluorooctanesulfonamido) ethyl methacrylate , butyl methacrylate, 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate and ethylene dimethacrylate. The influences of pretreatment of capillary and porogen solvent on porous structure and permeation were investigated. After optimization of separation conditions, baseline separation of several phenol compounds was performed on the monolithic column.
