摘要
对微生物处理含油海水的影响因素进行了研究,采用了重铬酸钾法测定COD值,油的测定采用紫外分光光度法,溶解氧利用DO仪测定.实验结果表明,在25℃时,油的浓度从35.6mg/L下降为2.8mg/L,去除率为92.1%,CODcr值从1340mg/L下降为60mg/L,去除率为94.5%,菌浓度为2.9×106个/mL时,油浓度从39.5mg/L下降为2.8mg/L,去除率为92.9%,CODcr值从1020mg/L下降为80mg/L,去除率为94.1%,pH值为7时,油浓度从35.4mg/L下降到3.2mg/L,去除率为91%,CODcr值从1340mg/L下降到80mg/L,去除率为94.0%.
To test the effect of bacteria on clearance rate of oil in seawater, Potassium dichromate method for determination of COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand), UV(Ultra-violet) spectroanalysis for measurement of oil in seawater and a dissolved oxygen detector were used. The result shows that the concentration of oil and volume of COD were decreased from 35. 6 mg/L to 2. 8 mg/L and from I 340 mg/L to 60 mg/L respectively, with the 92.1% of clearance rate at 25 ℃ , while that of oil and COD were descended from 39.5 mg/L to 2.8 mg/L and from 1 020 mg/L to 80 mg/L respectively, with the 92.9% of clearance rate, which treated by becteria of 2. 9 × 10^6 cells/mL. Otherwise, we found that oil concentration and COD also were lowered at pH 7(35.4 mg/L to 3.2 mg/L; 1 340 mg/L to 80 mg/L), the clearance rate were the 91% and 94% by using electrode method.
