Since the establishment of the diplomatic relations between China and Africa, education cooperation and communication between two sides has been broadened continuously. The paper analyzes the general situation and the main forms of Sino - African education cooperation, introduces the new opportunities and inspirations it brings to higher learning institutions, and brings forward some thoughts and suggestions, which has some positive reference effect for the extension and development of foreign exchange in higher learning institutions.
