矿区生态系统健康评价理论与方法初探

A tentative analysis of the eco-system health assessment theory and method used in coal mining areas

综述矿区生态系统健康研究的现状及重要意义,界定矿区生态系统健康的内涵,阐述矿区生态系统健康评价指标体系设置的理论依据,构建以生态环境保障度、自然资源支持度、社会经济发展度和健康可持续度为准则层的多层次评价指标体系。在此基础上,对矿区生态健康评价的理论方法进行探讨,并提出相应的对策和建议。

This paper gives an account about the status-quo of the coal mine area eco-system health assessment and its importance by giving the inner most meaning of coal mine area eco-system health assessment and an explanation of the theoretical grounds for setting up coal mine area eco-system health assessment index system.According to this paper,the multiple assessment index system should be based on the eco-system protection,natural resources availability,social and economic development and health sustainability.On the basis of this,a probe is carried out on the theory and method of coal mine area eco-system health assessment and finally some recommendations and suggestions are proposed.
