The Influence of pH on the Mechanism of Percutaneous Iontophoresis of Piroxicam and Diclofenac Sodium

摘要 考察了溶液PH对有机弱酸类药物吡罗昔康和双氟芬酸钠的离子导入透皮(大鼠腹部皮)速率的影响,当溶液PH>5时,溶液pH值与吡罗昔康和双氯芬酸钠离子导入透皮速率有线性关系,但当溶液pH<5时,此线性关系不再成立,认为可能由于电渗作用方向的改变所引起。 We Studied the influence of PH values on non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs such as piroxicam, diclofenac sodium iontophorctic transdermal through rat abdomal skin in vitro. The results showed that when PH>5, the linear relationship existed between PH values of drug solutions and iontophoretic fluxes of piroxicam and diclofenac sodium, but when PH <5, this relationship would not exist. Results suggested that it was caused by the change of dliection of electroosmosis.
