摘要 血管内皮生长因子是重要的血管生成因子,可调节内皮增殖、血管生成、调节血管通透性及血栓形成。血小板反应蛋白1为一抗血管生成因子,参与细胞黏附、迁移、浸润、增殖、分化和血管生成等。目前,研究提示二者在内分泌肿瘤中的表达异常,参与内分泌肿瘤发生、发展,为内分泌肿瘤的诊断、治疗提供依据。 VEGF is an important angiogenesis factor,which can regulate endothelial proliferation, angiogenesis, permeability of blood vessel, thrombogenesis. TSP- 1 is an anti- angiogenesis factor, which participates in cell adhesion, migration, infiltration, proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis and so on. Recent study manifested that abnormal expression of this two factors in the endocrine tumors participates in tumorigenesis and development of endocrine tumors, which offer an evidence for diagnosis and therapy of endocrine tumors.
